To be in compliance with HOA covenants, please be sure to do the following:

• Keep Trash Cans Out Of Sight (Section 7.12)
• After Trash Has Been Collected, Remove Trash Cans From The Road (Same Day) (Section 7.12)
• Keep Front Yards Mowed And Flower Beds Free Of Weeds (Section 5.2)
• No Parking In The Street For More Than 24 Hours (Section 7.4)
• No Play Equipment In The Front Yard When Not In Use (Section 7.21)
• Do Not Change Or Alter HOA Installed Mailboxes (Section 7.22)
